Transformable console table, made of solid walnut, from the 19th century, in the Louis-Philippe style and period, circa 1840-1860. In its closed position, it forms an elegant demi-lune table that can accommodate around 3 people and be placed against a wall. Its drop-leaf top unfolds to create a large table with a diameter of 138cm, almost round, comfortably seating 6 guests (up to 7 people more tightly). It is made of solid walnut with a 2.5 cm thick top, solid wood apron, and turned legs. Open dimensions: Top: approx. 136 × 138 cm. Height: 73 cm. Demi-lune dimensions: Width: approx. 136 cm. Depth: 67.8 cm. Height: 75.5 cm. In very good condition. Beautiful old patina, well-maintained wood, it opens and closes perfectly. Ready to be used in a new family.
