Vintage TV unit Liam

An old dresser top, the Liam TV unit has been completely transformed to become a unique, elegant piece full of character. In its former life, it was stained and varnished in dark oak. It has been fully stripped, sanded, and reimagined to suit a more contemporary use: the addition of a top, the creation of central doors, and the installation of legs to give it this new low silhouette, perfect as a TV unit or sideboard in a living room. Colours: Its natural wood, stripped back, brings a lot of softness and warmth. It is paired with a linen-coloured paint, applied to the inside of the cabinet, the top, and the sides of the unit. This bright contrast modernises the whole while preserving the vintage soul of the piece. The wooden parts have been protected with a professional deep matte varnish to maintain their natural appearance while ensuring good durability for everyday use. The details have been carefully crafted: the knobs and keyholes have received a bronze patina, which beautifully highlights the antique style of the unit. Inside, the back lined with a floral print adds a refined and unexpected decorative touch. With its generous length of 204 cm, Liam offers ample storage capacity. Its side doors allow for the concealment of everyday items, while the central sliding section and glass space can accommodate an internet box, a console, books, crockery, or lovely decorative objects.
