Pair of wall sconces with snakes and lion heads in Restoration style - bronze

Superb pair of three-light wall sconces in Restoration style. Made in the second half of the 20th century. Made of bronze. Original gilding, in very good condition. The wall part is decorated with a lion's head, holding a serpent in its mouth. Three light sources are present on the body of the serpent. The chiseling is very fine, down to the detail of the scales. The two serpents oppose each other in their movement, we have a true pair. It is a rare decorative set of high manufacturing quality.
