Zaisu chair designed by Kenji Fujimori for Tendo Mokko in 1963. Designed for traditional Japanese interiors, this floor-level seat is characterised by a continuous line formed from a single sheet of bent wood. Made from beech or zelkova veneer depending on the model, it illustrates the technical expertise developed by Tendo Mokko in the craft of bent wood during the post-war period. The slightly inclined backrest ensures natural comfort.
