These six coffee cups and their saucers, produced by the German manufacturer Schirnding Bavaria in the 1970s, feature a distinctly seventies design. On the white porcelain, wide bands of orange, brown, and ochre create a very graphic play of curves, typical of a decade that loved bold colours and geometric patterns. Based in Bavaria, the Schirnding factory distinguished itself with its porcelain productions intended for tableware, with designs that largely followed the evolution of taste in the 20th century. With their low and generous shape, these cups have a lovely presence on the table. Their warm palette pairs particularly well with dark wood, teak, and contemporary interiors that embrace the 1970s. A coffee service full of character, as pleasant to use as it is to look at. The set is in excellent condition. Cups: 5.5 cm / Diameter 8 cm. Saucers: 13 cm.
