Red opaline glass wall sconces, Italy, 1960s

Item: Wall lights with opal glass shade. Origin: Italy. Age: 1960s. Original Italian modernist wall light from the 1960s made of solid metal in the original red finish and opal glass element in the middle. The back of the lampshade and the wall mounting are in white and red lacquered metal. Due to the effects of aging, metallic colorings have a surface patina. The light has an e14 socket for the bulbs, the bulb is covered with an opal shade which creates a beautiful atmosphere of indirect light. The lampshade is screwed onto a special metal element suspended on each light. The origin of these lights is Italy, and remembered in the style and design of Stilnovo and Gio Ponti. Dimensions: Depth 12.5cm. Diameter 20cm. Condition: Good vintage condition, some normal traces of use, complete work. Age-related metallic patina.
