Vintage wooden side table, circa 50's

Vintage mid-century side table/bedside table, circa 50s. The table is made of pine wood and has a rectangular top with rounded edges, made of plywood with a light walnut finish. The piece is a good size, it has a drawer with an elegant and carved print handle: (h: 5 cm X w: 26 cm X d: 27.5 cm), which opens and closes properly. There are some slight old marks of use inside (see photo.) the piece is in good original condition with some marks and signs of use on the top, feet and general structure. There are a few washed out areas of color on top. The feet are strong, stable and are of a style typical of the reconstruction period, which was of an elegant, practical and simple design. It has simply been cleaned and polished with linseed oil respecting the beautiful original patina.
