Lithographed plate, celestial map of Henricus Hondius early 20th century

Magnificent color lithograph plate representing a celestial map, based on a work by henricus hondius produced in 1661, and published by pétrum schenk. This one is a later print from the beginning of the 20th century. It is laminated on cardboard. It represents the constellations and signs of the zodiac. It is marked lower right henrcushondius 1661, with a number 25 and on the left a monogram mm. The colors are very beautiful and very fresh. Once framed, it will be ultra decorative, original and quite rare to find in this format and in this impeccable condition. Size: h 44 cm w 51 cm.
