Glazed ceramic plate, Danuta Le Hénaff

Flat plate in glazed ceramic, created by Danuta Le Hénaff (1922-2013), a passionate artist with a tumultuous life. She is recognised as a reference in the arts of fire: her handcrafted work features delicate decorations and patterns, and her chromatic signature, "Le Hénaff blue, " is powerfully luminous. Each piece was made in her workshop located in Larmor-Plage (Morbihan) from 1965, the year she settled in Brittany, until her death. Each piece can be described as "unique." Flawless, created in 1980, acquired the same year from the artist's workshop.
