Antique French Table With Velvet And Fringes, late 1800s

Antique French table with velvet and fringes, dating from the late 19th century. This beautiful side table features a top upholstered in light green velvet with fringes along the edge. The top sits on a black lacquered, twisted stem supported by a tripod. There is a ring in the upholstery, presumably from a vase that sat there for a very long time.
