The bottle vase is in perfect condition, no accidents, no cracks or chips. The earthenware is very beautifully made, magnificent fine earthenware decorated with polychrome cracked enamels with plant motifs of stylized ears of wheat, golden yellow, ultramarine blue and black on a light background. The piece comes from the workshops of la louvière, in belgium, founded for the boch brothers in 1844, also called kéramis. This piece with its pretty art-deco decor dates from the very beginning of the 20th century, around the 1930s, a period during which charles worked catteau in louvière. It is marked and numbered on the reverse, with an under-enamel point and in black ink with a brush. No specific artist signature. Very pretty oblong shape, with an olive body and a long, very pure neck, decorated with two light, perfectly symmetrical little handles. Creamy-white enamel inside the piece. The yellow and blue enamels are of great intensity, slightly in relief compared to the black line drawings traced in hollow, which gives a very lively whole. Art-deco in all its splendor. The collar diameter measures 2.4cm inside. The base of the vase measures 7cm in diameter.
