Elegant and rare pair of three-light wall sconces in Neo-Gothic style, dating from the second half of the 19th century. Entirely made of heavy brass with a gilded patina, these sconces stand out for the finesse of their architectural chiselling. The structure faithfully follows the codes of medieval architecture: pointed wall plates, hollowed-out clover decorations, scalloped friezes, and flowing branches. Each sconce features three candle holders ready to accommodate candles, perfect for bringing a soft, historical, and highly decorative atmosphere to a classic interior or for creating a strong contrast in a contemporary setting.
