Pitcher vallauris

Impressive ceramics, 50s/60s, from the lunetta workshop in vallauris, founded in 1947 by lunetta sauveur (1906-1991), rue georges clémenceau, in vallauris, next to the capron workshop. Large pitcher-shaped vase, with a long vertical beak and a beautifully curled handle. The surface is a beautiful satin black, with effects of coils and gestural loops in slight relief that animate the whole by bringing green reflections and patterns of creamy white foam.
