Ceramic free-form standing cup signed by La Poterie du Colombier

The cut is in very good condition, no accidents, no cracks, no gaps. It comes from the workshop of madeleine brault, poterie du colombier, also known as "poterie de la colombe", located in france in orriule in the department of pyrénées atlantiques (64), and well known for 50 years for its beautiful authentic pieces. The shape of the cut is free, asymmetrical, adorned with a pattern placed in the center, a kind of sunflower-sunflower with enamelled white heart, stem and brown petals on a matte background of earth color, textured, and rich in a slight brushed fawn color. The piece is signed on the reverse, on the underside of the upper part at the tip under cover "pottery of the dove". It is heavy and stable. It is a very touching, spontaneous and almost primitive ceramic, produced in the 70s.
