Danish Jeka pendant light / 40cm

Danish vintage pendant light with the classic multi-disc system. The lamp is designed by danish lighting company jeka. Jeka is part of the danish modern design tradition that includes names like jo hammerborg (fog og mørup), bent karlby (lyfa), svend middelboe (nordisk solar) and many others who all work with the multi-disc system. A system first developed by the famous architect poul henningsen (louis poulsen) at the beginning of the 20th century. The multi-shade system diffuses the light perfectly in the room without the bulb being visible. The system is still used by designers around the world. Light signs of use.
