Louis xvi-style gold mirror framed dark gold with high rosette. The mercury mirror is stung. You can see the glittery effect on the edges. There is a defect in the tin, a "blackened stain" as the photos attest. Presence of horizontal "streaks" due to the panelled bottom. This mirror is old, the gilding seems to have been redone.
