BRUTALIST ASHTRAY IN THE STYLE OF DAVID MARSHALL. Authentic brutalist ashtray/trinket dish from the 1970s, attributed to David Marshall. This piece is made with his iconic combination of cast aluminium and brass. Unsigned, which is common for the early productions from the workshop that initially bore a paper label. The back reveals the original rivets and the raw artisanal foundry craftsmanship, ensuring its authenticity. Superb original patina.
