This engraving is a plank from the book "natural history of the birds of africa 1799-1802" it numbered tome 11 planche 69. This an engraving of fessard based on the drawings of lebrecht reinold. It is a rare board and in a beautiful condition for its age. The glass is to be changed in view of the stains of color applied on it. You will notice freckles but the whole is still superb.
