This magnificent school desk from the strasbourg area has been completely restored. It was disassembled and sanded. The wooden parts were treated and protected with a glossy colorless varnish. The iron footings were re-covered and fed with a wax for ironwork. Almost all screws are original (only one screw and two bolts have been replaced). It is in perfect condition for a second life!.
