Rare pk71 nesting table set designed by poul kjaerholm 1957, e kold christensen, vintage 60s manufacture, denmark, steel & acrylic. This stunning table set was designed by architect designer poul kjaerholm in 1957. This example dates from 1960s and manufactured by e kold christensen, denmark. The set consists of 3 nesting cubic tables made from box section steel and each topped with a quality square white acrylic top. The tables fit neatly inside one another and are a very beautiful design. The steel is in great condition with no breaks or repairs and only minor oxidation in respect of their nearly 60 years of use. The acrylic tops are also in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. The largest table is 280 mm wide along the sides. The small table is marked 'denmark' in the steel denoting it's manufacture by e kold christensen. Beautiful, eyecatching and useful.
