Kai Kristiansen teak desk with bar cabinet, Denmark 1960s

This stunning vintage teak desk with bar cabinet, designed by kai kristiansen, was manufactured by feldballes møbelfabrik in denmark in the 60s. It is veneered in teak with solid wood details and features a remarkably kidney-shaped top with beautiful wood grain. A bar cabinet is hidden behind the tambour doors with pivoting shelves and etched mirrors, and a circular storage section for trinkets pullouts from under the desktop. This vintage desk also features four drawers in front, including the top lockable (key included ), and open storage space at the back like two adjustable shelves useful for books and magazines. Magnificent carpentry - evident in the beautifully grained wood and the precision of details. Legs are detachable for more convenient transport. Our team checked the desk thoroughly. The wood has been cleaned and protected with danish oil to enhance the grain. The interiors are clean, and all mechanisms work smoothly. There is a small professional teak inlay on the top (visible in the picture) We bring furniture back to its best look, still considering it is 60 years old.
