"plopp" is a famous metal stool made by zieta, a design studio founded by polish architect and designer oskar zieta. Oskar zieta's plopp stool is composed of 2 very thin steel plates, cut and welded into their edges. Air is injected between the plates under high pressure, expanding the plates to give them the desired shape. Very good condition, a slight shine on top (rust is only a decorative effect, the seat is not rusty).
