Attributed to the famous French designer Pascal Mourgue, this iconic bench from the 1980s perfectly embodies the minimalist, bold, and structural aesthetic of that era. "Gondole" Backrest: Its large mesh backrest, formed of parallel horizontal bars in chrome-plated steel, offers a slender gondola shape that is both airy and structured. Seat & Base: A floating seat rests on conical chrome metal legs with round pads, a signature of Mourgue's work during this period. Condition: Very good overall condition for its age. The chrome is shiny and the fabric of the seat/cushions is clean, with good integrity, free from tears or major stains. The piece is ready to be installed.
