1970s “1-2-3” Rocking chair by Verner Panton for Fritz Hansen, Denmark

A rare “1-2-3” rocking chair designed by verner panton and manufactured by fritz hansen around 1970. It has a tubular metal metal base and beautiful orange kvadrat fabric upholstery of the highest quality. These materials and colours contrast very nicely to each other, giving this chair the eye-catching appearance that earned it a spot in the history of furniture design! It’s curved shape provides comfort, beauty and elegance. The round base has an upwards curve as well, allowing a nice rocking mechanic. It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
