French design oak and cognac leather stool

This sturdy and rustic stool – probably from the 1940s – draws its strengths both from the strong design and from the use of natural, robust materials. The sculptural, dense oak frame consists of two u-shaped side parts and horizontal connections. The seat is made of thick cognac-colored leather. The uniqueness of the stool lies in the patina it has received over the years. The warm color of the oak and the leather go well with the french classics by chapo or prouvé and are also very reminiscent of their designs.
