Set of 8 Scandinavian ladderback chairs, 1960s.

Magnificent and rare complete set of 8 dining chairs from the 1960s, featuring a bold Mid-Century design with Scandinavian/Danish inspiration in teak. They are distinguished by a superb "ladderback" design with 4 wide curved horizontal slats, providing excellent lumbar support and a very airy profile. The structure is entirely made of solid wood (teak/beech stained) with tapered lines and low crossbars ensuring perfect stability. The comfortable seat has been covered in a very elegant dark blue textured fabric, easy to integrate into a modern, contemporary, or vintage interior. The wooden structures are perfectly stable, robust, and sound. There are some light signs of normal use and superficial scratches on the bottom of the legs and crossbars (visible in the photos), which attest to their authenticity and add to their vintage charm.
