Small renovated vintage buffet

Vintage sideboard from the 60s, 2 hinged doors and 4 drawers. This piece of furniture has been sanded to reveal its pretty golden oak color, cleaned then protected with a colorless matte varnish (except back of the piece of furniture). The metal handles have been chromed. The bottom of the drawers is painted in a bright light beige (louvet shade) from colibri paint (natural paint), protected with wax. The legs and structure are solid, the drawers and doors work well. At the end of this careful renovation, imperfections or traces of time remain, they are linked to the age of this wooden piece of furniture and are part of its history. We note in particular: - 2 small chips of veneer at the very bottom of the right side of the furniture (see zoomed photo) - irregular drawer bottoms, under the paint (example close-up photo of the first open drawer) - the shelves, in particular left part, retain indelible traces of use prior to the renovation. Their surfaces were sanded, washed, then protected with a colorless varnish to make them easily washable. Total dimensions: depth 40cm * width 103cm * height 90cm.
