Swan armchair by Arne Jacobsen 1960

SWAN Original 1958 office chair historical edition inherited in 1992 in direct line. Provenance: purchased from the Steff Simon boutique on boulevard Saint Germain in Paris in the late 1950s and early 1960s for furnishing offices located at 215 bd Saint Germain in Paris 7 with other designer furniture from the same period, such as Jean Prouvé, very likely authentic by designer Arne Jacobsen in leather. I had it reupholstered in the 2000s, in full-grain light cream leather from Poltrona Frau, because the original leather and foam were completely "cooked". Unfortunately the Fritz Hansen signature plate has disappeared on the foot (see photo of the location of the original plate under the foot) H77 x W74 x D68
