Superb decorative plate in traditional Armenian ceramic, in

Superb decorative plate in traditional Armenian ceramic, entirely hand-painted. The central decoration, of great finesse, represents the traditional symbols of the Holy Land, including a bunch of grapes, ears of wheat, and pomegranates, surrounded by a very dense and colourful floral border. The rim is highlighted by the famous cobalt blue typical of this craft. The back of the plate bears the official authenticity stamp: "Armenian Ceramic Factory - Jerusalem - hand work." • Condition: Excellent state of preservation. The colours remain very vibrant and the glaze has a beautiful shine. No chips or cracks.
