Pair of curved wooden bistro chairs Fischel Nr 56

Superb pair of fischel nr 56 bistro chairs, in the style of thonet in arched beech wood. From the early twentieth century, they are made in austria and in the art nouveau spirit with their beautiful curved lines. Very well made, they still carry remnants of labels under the seat (see photos). Stable and robust, the cane seat is in perfect condition without the slightest accident. There are some breaks in the curved arches (which often happens on this kind of chairs), without affecting the strength or stability of the 2 chairs (see photos - no repair to be planned). A nice model that will be perfect around a table with other mismatched chairs. Total height: 93 cm. Seat height: 47 cm. Width at the top of the backrest: 39 cm. Seat width: 38.5 cm. Seat depth: 42 cm. Total depth: about 46 cm. Gap between feet: 28 cm.
