Toilet glove or towel holder Villeroy and Boch earthenware and chrome 1940s

Metropolitan atmosphere guaranteed with this glove holder from the 1940s. This rare object is stamped with the name of the iconic villeroy and boch manufacture which celebrated its 275th anniversary in 2023. A bathroom accessory at the base, it can easily be diverted into key holder in a retro style entrance or kitchen or as a tea towel holder in the kitchen. Its very good condition and the presence of the copper-chrome label leads us to believe that it must have been used very little. The chrome has small pitting, a sign of time passing. Height: 23 cm width: 15.5 cm depth: 0.7 cm.
