Pair of Oak Cane Corner Chairs

This is a handmade pair of oakwood corner chairs with a cane seat. The cane is in remarkably good condition considering the age of these chairs — minimum damage, see pictures. They are well made a built to last. They are a reminiscent of chairs made in britain and in france but unable to substantiate. They are attractive and both have a beautiful patina. They have a circular seat with legs that cross-cross — allowing these chairs to be used in a corner of many types of interiors. All original with signs of good craftsmanship. They measure 80h 60w 49d and sits 47cm from the floor.
