Ercol Gateleg dining table

Flexible dining table: it goes from a console with 2 folded flaps, to 1 table in half moon, then a round table. Solid beech structure, elm tray. Very dark tint and varnish. Design lucian ercolani, produced by ercol, in the 60s. Very nice vintage state. Note a fissuer on one of the fighters. Height: 72 cm. Diameter: 128 cm. Depth: 22 cm (folded) Ercol. Italian-british designer and entrepreneur lucian ercolani (1888-1976) was the founder and chief designer of ercol, one of the most important furniture manufacturing companies in the history of british design.
