Scandinavian coffee table "Sesam" Tingströms in teak

Here is a lovely and clever scandinavian modular table from the swedish furniture brand tingströms, created by designer folke ohlsson, known for his creations combining simplicity and elegance, in the 1960s. This coffee table features a magazine rack. Its rectangular top, curved at its ends, rises thanks to an ingenious system and allows you to gain height. Two 30 cm rounded extensions can widen it, thus offering the possibility of receiving up to 8 guests. This dual-function “raises and lowers” table will adapt perfectly to various uses, while marking your interior decoration with the resolutely vintage charm of nordic design. This table is stamped and shows the maker's mark, model and the words bra bohag. It is in excellent original condition with some slight traces of use.
