Description
Félix optat milet (1838-1911) zoomorphic pitcher in enameled stoneware. Stamp under the base. Félix optat milet, known as optat milet, is a french ceramist. From 1862 to 1879, he worked at the manufacture de sèvres as a modeler, then as a decorator. In 1866, he founded his own ceramic workshop on rue troyon in sèvres. He also joined forces with clément massier, from 1878 to 1880. In 1890, his son, paul milet, took over the workshop on rue troyon.
