Early 20th century painting "The seaside"

Painting on signed postcard, stuck on wood, post-impressionist representation of seaside leisure at the beginning of the 20th century. The signature must be deciphered. The work is in good general condition despite tiny gaps in material which do not affect the general quality. The frame is in straight carved gilded wood.
