Former scialytic lamp - bbt (france), once used as a surgical lamp, fully restored (stripped, polished, patinated, re electrified). Its orientable head is composed of mirrors inside allowing a very nice diffusion of light, uniform and without shadows worn, possibility to adjust the focal length thanks to a wheel on top. Retractable arm (20 cm) and kneecap to adjust the height of the lamp. It's a beautiful piece.
