Vintage German lounge chair Kreuzschwinger by Till Behrens for Meyer Stahlmöbel, 1980s.

Vintage design by Behrens Kreuzschwinger in a rare and raw version in light lacquered steel. Unlike the usual Kreuzschwingers, here the surface has not been chrome-plated or coated, but only lightly lacquered. Thus, the construction and all the welds remain visible. A classic of elegant design by Professor Behrens in a rarely found version. The Kreuzschwingers are an evolution of the Freischwingers. The chair is entirely made of precisely assembled and welded steel rods. The construction and materiality also give the chair its unique dynamics. The chair adapts to the movements of the body and rocks back and forth. It is equipped with plastic pads for the floor. It is in very good condition with signs of use and a patina.
