Manufacture keller & guerin in lunéville, earthenware pot cover, circa 1900. Very beautiful earthenware pot cover decorated with zucchini flowers on a water green torso background and burgundy raised with gold. Monogram under the base "kg" for keller & guérin and remains of label where one can read "porcelain" and guess "victory". Trace of wear in the décor (see photo) The keller family was at the head of the lunéville factory from 1786 to 1923, after sébastien keller bought the earthenware factory from the chambrette family, following the bankruptcy of 1785. It was around 1832 that keller jr. Joined forces with his brother-in-law guérin to give birth to the keller and guérin earthenware factory and their kg brand. In full expansion, the two partners also bought in 1892, the manufacture of saint-clément whose production is devoted to artistic earthenware with the collaboration of great names such as emile gallé, ernest bussière, edmond lachenal, alfred renaudin, etc...
