Organic chair by Charles Eames & Eero Saarinen

Charles Eames and Eero Saarinen created the Organic Chair in 1940 for the "Organic Design in Home Furnishings" competition organized by the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The small, extraordinarily comfortable reading chair thanks to its comfortablely padded organic shell also comes in an Organic Highback version with a higher back. Seat shell: laminated. Fabric: Credo / colors: Cream / Piement: Natural Oak. Padding: polyurethane foam coated with fabric. Feet: black ash or natural oak.
