Original 1940s watercolor tray

Romantic charm for this art deco platter from the 1940s. The frame is wooden magnifying glass, the watercolor of the bouquet of anemones is an original work signed, the handles are gold metal quality and not pricked, the green background and the blue back of velvet intact, all assembled with perfect care.
