Puisaye stoneware dinner plates by Jean-Pierre Prud'homme

Here is a beautiful set of dinner plates in Puisaye stoneware with a very pretty enamel mixing soft and comforting tones: beige, caramel and chocolate, material and colors typical of the 70s. A beautiful artisanal work by the potter Jean-Pierre Prud'homme . They are part of a large utility service that I offer here in several batches. These plates are not signed, because Jean-Pierre Prud'homme did not sign all his pieces when they were part of a larger service. For the service that I offer in different batches, only the large pieces are signed: dish, tray etc. Jean-Pierre Prud'homme founded an artisanal pottery workshop with his wife in 1971 in Montre, working with Nièvre clay (Puisaye sandstone). This workshop still exists today (wind sandstone workshop), it is run by his son Benoit Prud'homme who took over in the 1990s-2000s and also creates very beautiful ceramics. These plates date from the 70s and are in very good condition, no defects to report, what could be taken for abrasions on the edges are just lighter areas of the enamelling, therefore original, because to the touch we don't feel any difference. They must not have been used often. These plates measure approximately 23 cm in diameter with a height of approximately 3 cm at the edges. I have 19 in total, I am selling them here in 3 lots of 6 plates, the extra one will be free if you take two or three lots. Here only the first batch of 6 are photographed, the appearance of the enameling of each plate obviously varies but overall the batches are equivalent and in the same condition.
