Prototype of Coccinelle chairs by René-Jean Caillette, Steiner

Prototype of the Coccinelle model chair, initially designed by René-Jean Caillette for Steiner, this model is an attempt at a reissue that did not go beyond the project stage. The chair consists of an old shell, later lacquered in white, mounted on a tubular metal base, lacquered black. The whole reflects the intention to reinterpret an emblematic design, mixing modernity and clean lines, characteristic of Steiner's creations.
