Our rugs are made from bamboo silk yarn, which lends it a soft and cool hand feel. While it has a reputation for being a delicate fiber easily damaged by water or crushed by furniture, vigorous cleaning, or foot traffic, we have also found them to be quite durable. Depending on your preference, you may or may not mind them being a little lived-in, especially as their subtle iridescence tends to conceal imperfections.
