Delivered to your home, this very old demijohn (early 20th century), about 30l, in a pretty olive/bottle glass. Its elegant neck, "sabré", as the only technique they mastered at the time to finish them after blowing, a few small parts of the glass like "rolled", a few small dots embedded in the glass and many bubbles, give it a charming singularity and real authenticity. It was part of a batch of demijohns discovered like a treasure when I bought my farm in Haute-Marne. It is impeccably cleaned even if there can sometimes still be a few very small indelible traces of its container or its wear from the past.
