Careful and tracked shipping. For information, the legendary daum glassware was founded in 1878 by jean daum (1825-1885). His descendants (auguste, antonin, paul, henri, michel, jacques, antoine froissart and pierre de chérisey) succeeded him with the participation of many great glassmakers such as j. Grüber, h. Bergé, a. Walter and the schneider brothers, p. D'avesn...with the arrival of crystal introduced by paul in the 1920s, daum then produced tableware but also free-form pieces. Many talented designers, creators and artists have also contributed to its reputation. All the production is highly sought after and collected, some of which can be seen in museums, including of course the one in nancy. The crystal factory left the daum family in 1985 and was bought out many times.
