Chesterfied armchair

Classic club armchair of chesterfield origin in dark burgundy leather. Chesterfield is an english name that guarantees quality. This armchair is a club model (with high backrest) in dark burgundy leather. The upholstery with its upholstered finish so characteristic of chesterfield is also used in the lower part of the sofa. The decorative nails and its unique design make this object not only a splendid decorative piece, but also a comfort to embellish and make any environment unique. Dimensions: l 110 X w 100 X h 80 - seat h 45. Period: twentieth century. Origin: england. Restoration: the chair has been completely cleaned with a special leather cleansing lotion. A nourishing cream was then applied to the leather in order to moisturize it and make it more supple (unfortunately we can see that the armrests were not sufficiently hydrated by their former owners, so the leather cracked - see photos). This second-hand chair has a beautiful patina and some marks of use related to its use over the years.
