Floor reading lamp, USA

We imported this floor lamp from the usa. We do not know the original purpose or manufacturer, but the number of adjustable dimming options and a double switch for different lighting modes suggest that it was probably used in a doctor's office in the 60-70s. We have completely restored the lamp, provided it with new paint and a plug to the eu standard. The modern shape and black matte color now allow it to be placed in any interior. A very suitable lamp for reading.
