Hi-Fi furniture V. Gonzalez
Hi-fi furniture in sycamore from the 1960s, designed and created by Vincent Gonzalez (1928–2019), Franco-Spanish artist and furniture designer. At the intersection of furniture and sculpture, this piece stands out with its relief-worked facade: a wide curved movement highlights a central angular motif, accompanied by two sculpted circular handles. The grain of the sycamore and its warm hue enhance this decor. The whole rests on two rounded feet and features an asymmetrical upper part, composed of two open niches and an offset top. The lower part opens up, providing space for hi-fi elements or decorative objects. A characterful piece that will fit well in an interior with 1960s accents as well as in contemporary decor, serving as hi-fi furniture, TV stand, or low sideboard.
