Description
Large hollow dish in fine half-porcelain earthenware, stamped kg (keller & guérin) lunéville france, "réverbère fin" model. Decorated with a rose in a bouquet and scattered flowers on a white background. Lobed border, enhanced with relief and a carmine red net. In very good condition: three small dots on the heel (see detailed photos), no accidents, tiny and very discreet traces of use, traces of pernette visible on the edge (normal). A flagship of french earthenware, both fresh and majestic, the "réverbère fin" decor has its origins in lunéville ca 1750, and has inspired others (such as the "vieux strasbourg" by villeroy & boch and "marlborough" by spode) and was published until may 2022, the date of the definitive cessation of the activities of the lunéville & saint-clément kg manufactures. The hollow dish offered here dates from the 1970s and 80s. Diam. 30 cm, h 6 cm.
